- Keep records of garment receiving and sending, follow up washing bulk production according to plan and shipment, update display board on time to monitor department KPI
- Follow bundle tags and keep records of each style, color, size and POs separately to track back in case if missed
- Scan and enter bundle tags to system daily basis. Keep the bundle tags to return to finishing after scanning to cross check actual output quantity after washing.
- Make reports, enter GRN & make reconciliation sheet on each style after completion to maintain brand protection policies.
- Arrange necessary delivery arrangement including transportation, gate pass for sample & bulk quantity to ensure achieve the set timeline.
- Work with relevant departments to get the clear information regarding delivery and share the message across the washing team.
- Other tasks as assigned by manager.
