1. Job Purpose

• To coordinate and monitor washing production plans, packing schedules, inspections, and shipment timelines to ensure smooth order execution and on-time delivery.

2. Key Responsibilities

Wash Planning & Control

• Develop and manage monthly overall wash plans for each factory
• Monitor wash progress and control wash delivery and return schedules
• Follow up and expedite approval of Shadeband and technical parameters for first bulk production
• Conduct factory visits to monitor and control production progress

Packing Management

• Monitor and follow up factory packing schedules to ensure on-time completion

Final Inspection Coordination

• Prepare final inspection schedules with factories
• Update final inspection schedules to the QA team
• Track and ensure adherence to final inspection timelines

Shipping Coordination

• Prepare weekly and monthly shipping schedules
• Monitor shipment dates and ensure on-time dispatch

Issue Management & Coordination

• Consolidate, track, and update issues arising during order execution
• Coordinate with relevant departments and factories to resolve issues promptly
• Escalate critical or exceptional issues to Management
• Update Management on order and style-related information
• Arrange and lead meetings with factories to resolve operational issues

WFX System Management

• Create FPO and FPPO in the WFX system
• Manage finished goods receiving and assign outbound shipments to external factories

Reporting

• Prepare reports on wash progress and wash stock status
• Monitor and report pending wash status

Other Duties

• Perform other tasks assigned by Management

3. Job Requirements

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or College degree in Supply Chain, Production Planning, Garment, Business Administration, or related fields
• Experience in Planning, Merchandising, Production Coordination, or Supply Chain is preferred
• Experience in garment/denim manufacturing is an advantage

Skills & Knowledge

• Good understanding of production planning and garment manufacturing workflow
• Strong coordination, communication, and follow-up skills
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively

Technical Skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Experience using ERP/WFX systems is preferred

Language

• Basic English communication and email writing skills

• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to travel to factories when required
