1. Job Purpose

• To support production planning and industrial engineering activities by optimizing production processes, managing SMV/SAM data, improving efficiency, and ensuring smooth coordination between planning, production, and merchandising teams.

2. Key Responsibilities

IE & Process Engineering

• Receive production samples from Planning Head Office/Merchandising team
• Develop sewing operation processes and determine machine requirements for new styles
• Calculate CM cost and provide costing information to Merchandising team
• Design sewing line layouts and allocate manpower for production operations
• Review and record production loss time and operational efficiency

Production Planning & Monitoring

• Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, and Technical teams to implement improvement solutions for new orders
• Monitor production progress and support balancing of production capacity
• Input production quantity and calculate worker efficiency across Cutting, Sewing, and Finishing departments
• Cross-check production quantities with Planning team and ensure data accuracy

SMV/SAM & Productivity Management

• Input SMV data into WFX system
• Monitor and provide feedback on SMV and productivity issues
• Prepare daily efficiency and productivity reports
• Close monthly SMV fund and coordinate with C&C team for salary calculation

Continuous Improvement

• Record and follow up Kaizen/improvement ideas
• Support productivity enhancement and process optimization initiatives

Other Duties

• Perform other tasks as assigned by Manager

Education & Experience

• Expertise in Industrial Engineering, Garment/Textile, Production Management, or related fields
• Experience in IE, Planning, or Production Analysis within garment manufacturing industry is preferred

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of garment production flow, SMV/SAM, and line balancing
• Understanding of production planning and efficiency management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and coordination skills

Technical Skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and production data analysis
• Experience with WFX or ERP systems is an advantage

Language

• Basic English communication and ability to read technical documents
