- Manage and operate the Marketing team to ensure the items are completed.

- Coordinate with the company's Marketing Agency to jointly build strategies for Media & Advertising content, deploy effective advertising plans on platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Google, LinkedIn, Lazada) , Shopee, Tiki,...).

- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of each Marketing program.

- Working directly with shopping mall partners, e-commerce platforms on issues such as promotions, renting booths or organizing events,.....

- Monitor weekly/monthly business reports and propose online sales plans with the team.

- Participate in meetings and meet with partners as well as jointly supervise the activities of the event to always follow the plan when required.

- Perform administrative paperwork & other related work as required.

- At least1.5 years of experience in Marketing

- Experience in Retail marketing, Online/Offline branding, Events, POSM, Digital,...

- Graduated from intermediatein related fields.

- Can communicate in basic English.

- Diligent, willing to learn, self-disciplined in work, have the spirit of teamwork.

- Flexibility to travel domestically and internationally (if needed).
