Mô Tả Công Việc
This role will be responsible for overseeing the effective relationship management of the facility customer base, development within their accounts and identify potential of new business opportunities across the site. This role also provides support to projects ranging from growth strategy, market analysis, operational improvement, and supply chain design.
• Continually pursue and win significant new warehouse and transport business that is aligned with the facility goals and strategy.
• Keep good track on company’s business strategy, continuously study and evaluate market information to suggest effective development plans.
• Achieve agreed growth targets by expand services or win new business.
• Plan, cost and negotiate new business proposals, including presentation of proposals to management and customers.
• Develop an understanding of and network within the local market to identify opportunities and drive projects.
• Proactively monitor the overall progress of the facility portfolio, helping identify issues and implementation of corrective action as appropriate,.
• Provide ongoing feedback from customers to operations management to ensure continuous improvement of services.
• Develop and maintain up-to-date knowledge and understanding of Company operational and administration capabilities and general industry trends.
• Effectively represent the Company to the customer and report back via formal reviews and other management reports.
• Entertain customers as and when appropriate, as approved by the General Manager, Business Development. • Support to develop people to meet both their career and organisational goals,.
• See ahead to future possibilities and translate them into breakthrough business win.
• Consistently hitting or exceeding the goals and objectives set by self and others.
• Dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers.
• Step up to address difficult issues.
• Create a climate of innovation where people feel comfortable offering ideas. Share wins and successes with team and create a feeling of belonging.
• Follow practices and procedures regarding Food Standards from Vietnam Food Agency, HACCP and Approved Arrangement guidelines whilst also ensuring Chain of Responsibility (CoR) compliance.
• Follow and enforce all food safety, quality, and legality requirements.
Adhere and keep informed of all relevant legislation, product safety and quality issues, scientific and technical developments, and industry codes of practice

• Degree qualified in Business or similar field.
• Good understanding of supply chain and logistics operating models.
• Exposure to, or knowledge of, refrigerated 3PL services.
• Proven track record of customer management and able to provide end-to-end supply chain solutions within a 3PL environment.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Experience with building and developing long-term relationship with customers.
• Enthusiastic and a self-starter/learner.
• Good language proficiency in English and Vietnamese.
• Good analytical and numeracy skills.
• Motivated, independent individual with the ability to work as part of a team and to build strong working relationships.
• Strong customer service, problem solving and influencing skills.
• Process-focused and analytical by nature: able to support recommendations with data and research.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office).
• Salesforce or other CRM experience and discipline.
• Degree qualified in Business or similar field.
• Good understanding of supply chain and logistics operating models.
• Exposure to, or knowledge of, refrigerated 3PL services.
