Oversee the daily production of 1 or multiple 3D Modeling/Rendering projects. Manage a team of 50 to 200 employees.
Develop and implement production plans to ensure that the team meets or exceeds targets for productivity, quality, timeliness, error rate, and adherence to production processes on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
Communicate and negotiate with stakeholders (clients, partners, project teams) on project plans and progress.
Motivate and inspire team members to meet client requirements for quantity, quality, and delivery time.
Propose improvements to help the project team improve productivity and quality over time.
Report and analyze project-related metrics.

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Project Manager.
Proven ability to manage and motivate project teams of 30 or more members.
Strong project management skills, including planning, organizing, coordinating, monitoring, and evaluating work.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English.
Fluency in English across all four skills: listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
Experience as a PM in the 3D modeling, rendering, graphics, or IT industry is a plus.
Understanding of Chinese is a plus.
Knowledge of graphic design, architecture, 3D modeling, and rendering is a plus.
