Mô Tả Công Việc
* Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue goals and grow market share in Vietnam
* Build and manage a team of sales representatives and provide them with the training and support they need to be successful.
* Build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners.
* Develop and implement marketing and communication strategies to promote our brand and RFID inlays in the local language.
* Track and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
* Stay up to date on the latest RFID technologies, local competition, and trends to ensure that Checkpoint is well-positioned to meet the needs of its customers.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Qualifications:
* 5+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the RFID industry.
* Deep understanding of the RFID industry and the Vietnamese market
* Strong track record of success in selling to local converters, packaging manufacturers, and end users in the fields of logistics, pharmaceuticals, food and beverage, and other industries.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills
Desired Skills:
* Experience with CRM systems
* Public speaker abilities
* Fluency in English.
