Come join our exciting team at AxleHire as Product Designer in Vietnam as we address last mile opportunities. The primary responsibility is to work with stakeholders, product and development team to create designs for creating and optimizing solutions and tools to solve the last mile challenges. This person will help design and drive the next iteration of AxleHire web and mobile products. They will follow the design and development process from conception to launch in an agile methodology. We are seeking a Product Designer that is able to roll up their sleeves to create wireframes, mock-ups and the next phase of our internal tools, products and services. The product designer will be responsible for the functional features, optimal experience into the aesthetic, scalable and functional design solutions.

**Responsibilities:
• Conceptualize and deliver design for web, internal tools, and mobile app features that enhance efficiency, optimization, and functionality.
• Appropriately utilize user journeys, frameworks and design principles in order to frame your design approach.
• Communicate effectively - articulating design rationale and creating effective design artifacts (wireframes, flows, specs, high fidelity mocks, designs, etc.).
• Give and receive feedback in regular design critiques.
• Brainstorm and communicate new design concepts, solutions to different levels of audiences (product, business stakeholders to developers).
• Suggest improvements to current product designs while keeping current competitive product offering, best practices, and relevant technologies
• Create wireframes, mocks-ups, and high fidelity designs based on requirements.
• Work closely with Product Managers to identify the problems and business goals that your designs will address. Work with the development team to accurately and efficiently walk through the design process.
• Great communication skills to interact with other employees on the design and engineering team to effectively explain certain product specifications (in English and Vietnamese).
• Performs other duties as assigned.
