Sales & Business Development

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across and retail channels.
• Proactively approach and acquire new walk-in customers and online individual customers.
• Manage sales through direct shop sales and online channels.
• Follow up on deliveries, payments, and after-sales service.

B2B / Wholesale Sales

• Monitor customer purchasing patterns and arrange for the delivery with the correct delivery note.

B2C / Retail Sales

• Provide professional wine recommendations and product information to individual customers.
• Be in charge of in-store and online sales activities.
• Develop relationships with regular customers and encourage repeat purchases.
• Promote wine products, special offers, seasonal campaigns, and new arrivals.
• Ensure a high level of customer service throughout the sales process.
• Ensure the quality and set up of the shop.
• Communicate with the housekeeping team if cleaning and maintenance is not followed up the standards.

Product & Market Knowledge

• Maintain good knowledge of the company’s wine portfolio, including grape varieties, wine regions, styles, price points, and food pairing recommendations.
• Keep up to date with customer preferences.
• Track daily and monthly sales performance against assigned targets, reporting it to the manager.
• Support for the monthly inventory.
• Prepare regular sales reports and customer updates for the management.
• Maintain accurate records of customer information, sales activities, orders, and payments (with accountant)
• Provide market feedback and recommendations to support business development.

• 1 years of experience in sales, preferably in wine, beverage, FMCG, hospitality, or retail.
• Experience in B2B and/or B2C sales is an advantage.
• Good communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
• Strong sales mindset with a proactive and target-oriented approach.
• Good organizational and follow-up skills.
• Basic knowledge or strong interest in wine and the beverage industry.
• Good command of English is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
