Lead the gathering, processing, and analysis of extensive datasets to uncover trends and insights that can enhance in- game performance and player experience.
Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive dashboards, reports, and visualizations to effectively communicate key performance indicators and strategic insights to stakeholders and executive leadership.
Continuously monitor and analyze game performance to ensure product goals are met and to inform and influence future development strategies.
Collaborate closely with various teams, including game designers, developers, UA, and product managers, to define game objectives and provide strategic, data- driven recommendations.
Oversee the design and implementation of A/B tests to evaluate the effectiveness of proposed changes, ensuring statistical significance and providing informed recommendations.

Proven experience in statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and data modeling techniques.
Deep understanding and practical experience with A/B testing and experimental design principles.
Exceptional problem- solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork abilities, with the capacity to lead projects and mentor team members in a dynamic, team- focused environment.
Expert proficiency in SQL and extensive experience handling large datasets and complex data structures.
A minimum of 5+ years of experience in data analytics, preferably within the gaming industry.
A passion for gaming and a deep understanding of game mechanics and player behavior.
Mastery of data visualization tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Power BI) and a strong ability to present complex data effectively to both technical and non- technical audiences.
Bachelor&039;s or Master&039;s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field. A Master&039;s degree is preferred.
