Plan and develop mobile game projects on the Unity platform.
Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following the company’s coding standards and MVC Design Pattern.
Maintain high industry standards for all projects.
Identify and resolve technical bottlenecks, bugs, or other issues promptly.
Establish and maintain robust development pipelines and workflows.
Conduct performance optimization to ensure games run smoothly across devices.
Design and implement game patches, updates, and WhiteBox testing processes to ensure product quality.
Implement and optimize new features based on game designs provided by the planning team.
Collaborate with backend developers to ensure smooth, efficient end- to- end connectivity with the server.

KNOWLEDGE:

Strong understanding of mobile game development workflows and optimization techniques.
Proficiency with version control systems (e.g., Git, SVN, Mercurial).
Familiarity with automated testing platforms, unit testing, and debugging tools.
Familiarity with Scrum Agile methodology and full- stack game development is a plus.
Experience with server integration, REST APIs, and end- to- end connectivity (e.g., integrating client- side Unity projects with server- side APIs).
Solid understanding of Unity, including its ecosystem and advanced features.
Proficiency in scripting (C), textures, animations, GUI styles, and user session management.
Knowledge of memory management and space optimization for mobile devices.

SKILL:

Good communication skills in English for effective collaboration with international teams.
Strong analytical skills and ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
5+ years of experience as a Unity/Unity3D Developer.
5+ years of experience with MVC Design Pattern in game development.
Proficient in Unity and C.

ABILITY:

Reliable, proactive, and highly detail- oriented.
Open- minded and eager to learn new technologies or concepts.
Strong problem- solving mindset and ability to work independently.
Excellent teamwork and work ethic.
