We seek a dynamic and proactive Creator Outreach and Campaign Intern to join our Creator Growth Team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about the digital content landscape, possess strong communication skills, and have a keen understanding of influencer marketing. You will identify and engage with potential creators, manage relationships, and execute impactful campaigns to drive creator growth.
What You Will Do

- Creator Outreach and Engagement:
- Support in identifying and researching potential creators across various social media platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
- Assist in initiating contact and building relationships with emerging and established creators.
- Participate in onboarding sessions to familiarize creators with AnyMind’s tools and services.
- Campaign Coordination:
- Assist in the development and execution of influencer marketing campaigns to promote brand partnerships.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution and alignment with client goals.
- Help monitor and analyze campaign performance, preparing insights and recommendations under supervision.
- Administrative Support:
- Manage and update campaign documents, schedules, and tracking sheets.
- Assist with contract processing, invoicing, and other paperwork related to campaign execution.
- Maintain organized records of communication, agreements, and performance reports.
- Support team members with day-to-day administrative tasks as needed.
- Relationship Management:
- Support the team in addressing creators' needs and concerns.
- Assist in fostering long-term relationships with creators for continuous collaboration.
- Help organize and host events, webinars, and workshops to engage and educate creators.
- Content Strategy Assistance:
- Collaborate with creators to develop content ideas that align with brand objectives.
- Assist in researching trends and best practices to enhance creator growth.
- Support in reviewing and ensuring content meets quality standards and campaign requirements.
- Reporting and Analytics:
- Track and compile key performance metrics and campaign outcomes.
- Prepare reports and presentations for internal stakeholders, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
- Use data to provide recommendations for optimizing future campaigns.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and the digital content landscape.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in using analytics tools and social media management platforms.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and execute effectively.
- Experience working with content creators and influencers.
- Knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in digital and influencer marketing.
- Familiarity with AI and machine learning applications in marketing.
- Allowances: 3,500,000 VND/ month
