Mô tả Công việc

In charge of all activities related to import/export works, logistics for export, customs clearance, customs liquidation of materials:

  • HS Code, checking procedures for importing and exporting goods, machinery and raw materials.
  • Declare customs declarations on the Ecus VNACCS system and complete customs clearance procedures.
  • Look up and update information, documents, circulars and decrees of relevant agencies related to import/export policies of goods.
  • To advise Team Leader/ B.O.D.
  • Prepare all import and export documents, necessary documents of the shipment according to regulations to carry out procedures for import permit, quarantine, food safety inspection.... for the shipment.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and/or relevant internal departments to complete customs clearance procedures for import and export shipments.
  • Plan deliveries to customers. Contact subcontractors to make deliveries to customers according to the required schedule, if any.
  • Monitor and update shipment progress and resolve arising issues until delivery procedures are completed.
  • Follow and manage Debit note, manage costs and check the subcontractor's shipping list.
  • Other tasks assigned by Team Leader/ B.O.D.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Job requirement

  • University degree/ College, Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position, having knowledge or experience on finalization settlement, for Senior position.
  • Experience with software system in export, logistics in priority
  • Good communication skills
  • Good command of excel data handling skill.
  • Fast learner, able to work under high pressure.
  • Thoroughness, attention to details.
  • Proactive, working overtime, high pressure
