Bạn thích nghiên cứu xu hướng và biến ý tưởng thành sản phẩm phù hợp với thương hiệu và khách hàng của chúng tôi. Quan trọng không kém, bạn tự giác, suy nghĩ trước và chủ động chuẩn bị những gì cần thiết mà không cần chờ hướng dẫn chi tiết.

* TRÁCH NHIỆM CỦA BẠN

- Hỗ trợ phát triển các bộ sưu tập túi xách theo mùa

- Nghiên cứu xu hướng thị trường, màu sắc, chất liệu và ý tưởng sản phẩm

- Chuẩn bị bảng ý tưởng, bài thuyết trình truyền cảm hứng và đề xuất sản phẩm

- Đề xuất các phương án kết hợp màu sắc và chất liệu phù hợp cho các kiểu túi xách phù hợp với bộ sưu tập giày của chúng tôi

- Phối hợp phát triển túi xách với nhà cung cấp và các nhóm nội bộ

- Chuẩn bị hồ sơ phát triển, thông tin chất liệu và tài liệu bộ sưu tập

- Hỗ trợ tìm nguồn cung ứng và phát triển các chất liệu và linh kiện mới

- Tổ chức mẫu và theo dõi tiến độ phát triển

- Phối hợp chặt chẽ với bộ phận Quản lý Sản phẩm, Thiết kế và Phát triển Chất liệu để đảm bảo thực hiện đúng thời hạn

- As an international footwear company with its development center in Da Nang, Vietnam, we are looking for a motivated and commercially minded Material Development & Accessories Collection Coordinator to strengthen our product development team.

- This role combines material development with supporting our handbag collection. It is ideal for someone with a strong sense of style, a commercial mindset and a passion for fashion, materials and product development. You enjoy researching trends and transforming ideas into products that fit our brands and our customers. Just as importantly, you naturally take ownership, think ahead and proactively prepare what is needed without waiting for detailed instructions.

* YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the development of seasonal handbag collections
• Research market trends, colours, materials and product ideas
• Prepare mood boards, inspiration presentations and product proposals
• Suggest suitable colour and material combinations for handbag styles that are matching our shoe collection
• Coordinate handbag developments with suppliers and internal teams
• Prepare development files, material information and collection documents
• Support the sourcing and development of new materials and components
• Organize samples and maintain development tracking
• Work closely with Product Management, Design and Material Development to ensure timely execution
