* Job Summary: We are looking for a talented Administrator cum Inventory Controller to be responsible for admin jobs also being in charged of warehouse management.
* Duties/ Responsibilities:
Administrator
- Rental Cars Record, Management and Reports up to date
- Office Facilities Record, Management and Reports up to date
- Being in charge of Expat’s concerns
- Tracking stock of office supplies and prepare proposal as requirement
- Supporting in organizing activities
Inventory Controller
- Assisting with the unloading of vehicles and the checking in of stock
- Sorting and placing materials or items on to racks and shelves
- Packing products for dispatch
- Performing warehouse inventory controls via system
- Stock checking and redistribution
- General tidying and Cleaning of the warehouse
- Update monthly Reports by soft file and system
