Job Description
• Perform investment advisory and sales of the Company's funds and other investment solutions to investors;
• Work with distributors' sales & marketing teams to support their sales of the Company's funds to meet sales targets;
• Support other teams in the Company's investor onboarding process;
• Lead investor relationship management and provide professional after-sales services to covered investors;
• Monitor covered business partners' performances and make proposals, suggestions for higher productivity;
• Support Sales & Marketing teams to enable the cultivation and enhancement of strong and meaningful relationships with target audience, business partners, and key media outlets;
• Ad hoc work as and when required;
• Report to Fund Distribution Manager.

Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in a sales & marketing position in the financial services industry with outstanding career achievement;
• Knowledge of the stock market and investment fund products;
• University degree in finance, economics, foreign trade, or marketing with excellent educational records;
• Securities Brokerage License is a must;
• High level of integrity, passion for sales, target committed and self-driven, good eye for detail;
• Proactive, resourceful, independent, patient, professional, work well under pressure;
• Effective interpersonal and communications skills in both Vietnamese and English;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Software, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
