Mô tả Công việc
Take the following tasks and responsibilities for the delivery and operation of assigned projects:
- Assist in preparing project preliminary budget and updating the preliminary budget, cost control and monitoring;
- Assist in the appointment of QS Consultants and monitor their performance
- Carry out cost economic study of alternative materials together with design;
- Liaise with QS Consultants on Pre-Qualification of Contractors and preparation of tender documents;
- Review bidding and submission, organise tender interviews, contract negotiations and document management;
- Evaluate the Variation Orders/ Interim Payment Claims submitted from Consultants/ Contractors for making payments;
- Make orders/ procurements with the suppliers;
- Ensure the above tasks completed within timeline and budget for smooth operation of the project.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
· University Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
· Add: Relative certificates for work (if any): Construction Supervision, Tender and Project management…
· Minimum of 5-years of working experience at the position of Quantity Surveying or Contract Management.
· Well versed in Microsoft Excel, Words and Power Point
· Speaking and writing fluently in English language is preferable
· Analytical thinking & “Can-do” attitude
· Prudent risk-taking; Initiative
· Problem solving
· Mature
· Ethical & Integrity
· Result-oriented
· Good command of English skills
· Good understanding about the construction market rates.

Công ty CP Phát triển Đô thị Quốc tế Việt Nam (VIDC) là thành viên của Tập đoàn Perdana ParkCity (Kuala Lumpur) với dự án đã đạt nhiều giải thưởng uy tín, Desa ParkCity tại Kuala Lumpur. Thành lập năm 2008, VIDC bắt đầu phát triển dự án BDS ParkCity Hanoi rộng 77 hecta. Tính đến tháng 7 năm 2015, dự án đã hoàn thành quy hoạch tổng thể, các công trình cơ sở hạ tầng lớn và Tiểu khu Nadyne Gardens bao gồm 177 căn nhà liền kề và biệt thự. Ngoài ra, công ty đang xây dựng Khu Tiện ích The ParkCity Hanoi Community Club rộng 1,7 hecta và Tiểu khu Evelyne Gardens bao gồm 165 căn nhà liền kề và biệt thự.
