Job Description

• Upgrading to newer versions of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
• Collaborate with ERP managers, analysts, and external partners to support the D365 CRM implementation roadmap
• Develop, test, and deploy required modifications/customizations to existing codes to optimize/maintain D365 CRM application
• Analyze, characterize, troubleshoot, solve, triage, and manage D365 CRM system or application problems, issues, or other incidents
• Create and develop technical requirements and design specifications for enhancements/modifications/customizations to D365 CRM functionalities
• Make a detailed implementation plan for the assigned tasks in the software development project
• Participating in application programming, assigned API in the project

Yêu cầu công việc

Your skills and experiences

• At least 2+ years of development experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Experience working with .Net.
• Functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
• Very good knowledge of customization on Dynamics 365.
• Very good knowledge of APIs
• Knowledge of Microsoft TFS and related software
• Experience specifically with Dynamics 365, Microsoft's CRM product.
• Knowledge of Dynamic 365 modules such as Sales, Customer Services, Marketing…
• Good analytical and communication skills, ability to work independently.

Education: College degree, university degree or equivalent degree in IT majors
