- Assist the sales team in day-to-day operations, including preparing quotations, proposals, and contracts
- Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., logistics, finance, marketing, customer service) to ensure timely order processing and delivery
- Handle customer inquiries, provide product/service information, and follow up on pending requests
- Maintain and update customer database, sales records, and reports
- Track sales performance metrics and prepare weekly/monthly reports for management
- Support the organization of promotional events, trade shows, and client meetings
- Assist in managing schedules, appointments, and communications for the sales team
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures throughout the sales process
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with inventory/warehouse teams to meet client demands
- Follow up on payment collections and coordinate with the finance team if needed
