Job purpose:

Drive the execution and coordination of the Cambodia sourcing network reset, ensuring that SKUs planned for the Cambodia market are delivered on time, in compliance, and with clear end-to-end visibility. This role acts as the central execution and coordination lead, translating agreed business and marketing plans into an operationally feasible supply chain setup across multiple sourcing units.

Key Responsibilities

1. Cambodia Sourcing Network Execution

• Coordinate and run the execution of Cambodia sourcing networks across key Sourcing Units: Cu Chi, Vietnam; Zara/Mitrapak, Indonesia; Cavite, Philippines; Hefei, China; India
• Support the definition and maintenance of per-SKU sourcing setups, including manufacturing site, indicative capacity allocation, export/import flow, and lead times.
• Maintain clear execution plans, milestones, and interdependencies across the network.
  
  
  

2. Cross-Functional Coordination & Governance

Facilitate regular sourcing network meetings with Cambodia Marketing, Cambodia SC Planning, R&D, Regulatory, SU Export Planning, and Procurement.

Translate confirmed marketing launch plans into executable task plans and timelines.

Track actions, surface execution risks, and escalate issues to relevant owners for resolution.

3. Project Tracking & Delivery Support

Track end-to-end progress of Cambodia sourcing and launch projects against agreed timelines.

Drive timely completion of network tasks through structured follow-up and coordination.

Support issue resolution by consolidating inputs, options, and impacts for decision makers.

4. Capacity & Planning Support

Support capacity assessments with SU Planning, Procurement, and BU LTCP teams for Cambodia volume requirements.

Consolidate capacity inputs and implications related to portfolio changes or volume growth.

Ensure Cambodia demand assumptions are reflected in planning discussions and documentation.

5. Regulatory, Import & Export Alignment

Coordinate with Regulatory and Export teams to align approvals, documentation, and shipment readiness.

Track regulatory and customs milestones and reflect them in overall project timelines.

Flag regulatory or trade-related risks impacting launch or supply continuity.

6. Network Visibility & Reporting

Consolidate a clear, up-to-date view of sourcing network status, milestones, risks, and dependencies.

Prepare concise execution updates for internal and regional stakeholders.

Ensure transparency and alignment across functions throughout project execution.

What You Need To Succeed

Must-have

• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, or related fields
• Hands-on experience in supply chain planning, operations, or project coordination within FMCG or manufacturing environments
• Good coordination and execution skills with the ability to track timelines, actions, and dependencies across multiple stakeholders
• Good command of English for cross-functional and cross-country communication

• Exposure to import/export processes or regulatory requirements in international supply chains
• Experience supporting product launches, sourcing changes, or supply chain transformation projects
