Mô Tả Công Việc

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Supervisor/ Senior Officer with a strong knowledge of C&B to join our People team.

• Implementing monthly salary, bonus and welfare payments accurately & on time;
• Monitoring and implementing periodic social insurance & personal income tax;
• Ensure health insurance and personal accident programs are updated properly on a monthly basis and support staff about claim procedures or benefit inquiries when required;
• Monitor annual salary review, KPI performance review, adjustment salary. Review and propose new salary, bonus and welfare regimes for employees in accordance with the Company's policies and regulations;
• Develop and adjust the company's regulations, procedures and policies related to Salary, Bonus & Welfare;
• Ensure precision in managing employee information & labor contracts;
• Manage internal labor rules & labor disciplinary follow-up and action;
• Be an advisor with internal functions related to C&B matters;
• Periodically analyze data on compensation and benefits container to give advice and recommendations to Line Manager;
• Making accurate and timely HR reports: personnel changes; HR expense report; increase/decrease in compulsory insurance, voluntary insurance;
• Handling the current HR system and supporting the implementation of a new HR system;
• Manage team members and ensure that they are properly trained and equipped to handle C&B issues.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
* Qualification requirements:
• University degree or above in HR management, Business Administration, Accounting or related fields
• At least 3 years of experience in the position of C&B Specialist/ Senior C&B Officer
• Experienced in Payroll in F&B/ Retail company with at least 500 employees is preferred

* Skills requirements:
• Strong knowledge of Labor laws, Social Insurance and PIT laws
• Proficiency in data management/ visualization tools suite like Google Data Studio, Power BI would be an added advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office, PIT, TS24 software
• Fluency in English (both spoken and written) is highly advantageous
• Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in data management, along with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

* Personality requirements:
• Ability to perform multi-tasks and be results-oriented in a fast-paced environment
• Positive working attitude, trustworthy and good team player.
