Mô tả Công việc
- Prepare and follow up the entire import/export process from document preparation to shipment completion.
- Collect detailed product information including certifications, weight, pricing, and shipping details.
- Determine the correct HS code for products, especially when supplier information is limited.
- Collaborate with third-party agents to prepare and submit customs declarations.
- Work with relevant departments (warehouse, CS, accountant, import & purchasing team…) to gather necessary information for import/export shipments.
- Visit ports, airports, or third-party locations to resolve shipment issues.
- Stay updated on import-export laws and supply chain best practices.
- Ensure all import/export documents are accurate, complete, and compliant with regulations.
- Other tasks required by line manager.

- Major regarding Economic, Supply chain field.
- Good at Microsoft office.
- Critical thinking, enthusiastic and high sense of responsibility.
- Good at English speaking and writing is an advantage.
- Teamwork and independent working ability.
- Good organization and time management skills.
