• Coordinate with software development teams to understand project objectives, testing goals, and requirements. Comprehend business and product design documents.
• Develop detailed plans for writing test cases/tests for products/modules/screens/functions.
• Design and construct test cases using various methodologies.
• Perform testing, log errors, and monitor bug fixing progress.
• Ensure quality control, verifying that systems/products are built as per design specifications and meet business requirements.
• Responsible for the acceptance of functionalities/product handover to the end-user testing phase.
• Work closely with developers, designers, and supporters in release plans.
• Train team members on skills for testing and test case development.

• Bachelor’s or Associate's degree in IT or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Vietnamese (Korean is a plus).
• Preferably 3 years of QA/QC experience in the IT field.
• Detailed knowledge of quality control standards and testing methodologies.
• Working knowledge of tools, methods, and concepts of quality assurance.
• Solid understanding of relevant regulatory standards.
• Excellent data collection and analysis skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
