Support development team to communicate with the customers regarding QnA/Issues and working on any change requests.
Conduct demo sections to present result of a sprint to the stakeholders or anytime required.
Support PM in product roadmap planning.
Clarify, analyze and refine the business requirements from customers’ material or transferred from Product Owner/ Customers.
Transfer the requirements to the development team to ensure the team understands the expectation correctly.
Create functional and business requirements documents: wireframes, user stories, activity diagrams, use cases…

Responsible, accurate and able to work under high pressure and to strict deadlines.
Advanced English skills (Speaking, Listening, Reading, and Writing)
Ability to do research and analyze requirements.
Experience with Agile Project Management (Scrum), JIRA and Confluence.
At least 2 years of BA experience
Good command of Microsoft Office and G Suite.
Experience on web application and mobile development.
Logical thinking and problem solving, ability to articulate and translate ideas and concepts into solid business requirements
Good at Teamwork, Communication and Presentation and Time Management.
Be proactive, self- study abilities and positive attitude at work.

UI/ UX experience
e- Commerce Knowledge (Magento, Omnify...)
Proficiency in UML, Design and Modeling tools is an advantage
