The Job
- Understand project objectives and organizational goals. Gather business requirements and analyze pain points from clients and stakeholders.
- Clarify business requirements and analyze solutions, weighing pros and cons based on the identified requirements.
- Collaborate with the client's working team, Product Owner, and internal team members, including the Project Manager, UX/UI Designer, System Analyst, Developer, and Quality Assurance.
- Implement documentation such as business flows, business requirement documents and functional specifications.
- Support and investigate issues raised by clients and the internal team
Your Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field.
- Good at English
- At lease 2 years experience in a Business Analyst Role.
- Logical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), IT systems, and databases would be an advantage.
- Positive work attitude and strong teamwork skills.
- Strong leadership qualities and ability to work well within a team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
