While in pursuit of your mission, you will find yourself doing the following:

• Mobile App Development - Develop, test, and maintain high-quality mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms using React Native, ensuring excellent performance and user experience.
• Technical Expertise - Utilize your expertise in React Query, NodeJS, and other relevant technologies to create scalable and efficient app solutions.
• Agile Methodology - Collaborate within an Agile development environment, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to deliver features and enhancements effectively and on time.
• App Store Deployments - Manage the deployment process for both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, ensuring compliance with their guidelines and best practices.
• Cross-Platform Compatibility - Ensure that the mobile app functions seamlessly on various devices and screen sizes, offering a consistent user experience.
• Troubleshooting and Support - Diagnose and resolve technical issues and provide ongoing support for the app, addressing user feedback and performance optimization.
• Mortgage Industry Knowledge - Leverage your understanding of the mortgage industry to provide insights and solutions that enhance the app's relevance and user satisfaction.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Proven experience in developing and maintaining mobile apps for both iOS and Android platforms using React Native.
• Good English communication skill.
• Strong proficiency in Typescript, with a track record of creating high-performance applications.
• Demonstrated ability to manage the end-to-end app development and deployment process, including App Store submissions.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and experience in working with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills, with a commitment to delivering high-quality, bug-free code.
• Mortgage industry knowledge is a plus, but not a requirement.
• A proactive and innovative mindset, with a passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Potentially Lead and mentor other developers in your group, especially around native app development
• Perform more complex development task and lead complicated development projects
• Potentially act as a development lead to a small group of developers.
• Responsible for assigning work and prioritizing tasks.
• Perform other duties as necessary.
• Willingness to work some Off Hours or Split Shifts as needed.
