Execute the daily maintenance and technical operations, including the daily, periodical and preventative maintenance.

Prep audio, video, lighting & laser equipment to include:

Assisting with an assurance of designs’ physical completeness in accordance with installation drawings.

Preparing equipment: testing, labeling, addressing, programming, rack building Audio Installation Work: building of racks and wire termination; Hanging/rigging flown array speakers; mounting ceiling speakers; setting up and programming consoles; setting up and wiring stage; wireless frequency management; system tuning.

Video Installation Work: high profile projectors setup; routers and switchers; distribution equipment; floor pockets: video engineering equipment; production communication equipment; building racks and wire termination; build-out of control rooms and furniture. Lighting Installation Work: Hanging, cabling and addressing lighting fixtures; patching, setting up and programming consoles; installing and programming architectural control stations; hanging and mounting distribution equipment; floor pockets.

Commissioning of systems: Setup, testing & tuning; troubleshooting; programming as part of the manufacturer training.

Perform troubleshooting and resolution of network system failures

Test and configure software and devices from backups

Good knowledge of network router and network switch functionality & configuration Commissioning of network systems: Setup, testing & tuning; troubleshooting; programming knowledge to enable specific show training.

Always work to maintain a clean, safe and secure work environment.

Maintenance of Technical equipment and systems related to show; including but not limited to:

• Show lighting

• Show audio management

• Video

• Laser

• Electrical

• Electronics

• Flames

• Laser

• Pyrotechnics

• Electronics

• Networks

Follow operational practices, including adherence of Standard Operating Procedures. Works closely with others to ensure a high level of Safety, Service, Show and Efficiency. Provide Safety, Guest Services, a sense of Show and Efficiency.

Provide a safe, efficient, professional, respectful, and courteous culture.

1/ Required Qualifications & Experience:

2+ years technical ability and background with an extended understanding of audio, video, intelligent lighting, media servers, and computer and networking systems. Basic knowledge of DMX control systems.

Basic knowledge of rigging equipment.

Knowledge and experience in all phases of installation including testing, programming, and troubleshooting.

Basic level of Technical English highly preferred.

Basic Computer skills (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Etc) preferred.

A Degree in a related field is preferred.
