Manage the use, availability, maintenance and storage of all show props, which include weapons, wigs, costumes, light sticks, led equipment etc.

Ensure all props are maintained and stored in an organized manner. Repairs to be executed and tracked.

Able to do and manage repairs on costumes, wigs, including led’s.

Make up well managed, organized and applied consistently in line with artistic requirements. Budgets and operational plans related to complete management of all show props / costumes / makeup.

Allocate tasks and work positions to Employees, resources and equipment as required. Develop an Operations and maintenance Program for Props use and distribution. Develop operational practices, including adherence of Standard Operating Procedures. Works closely with others to ensure a high level of Safety, Service, Show and Efficiency. Carry out ‘On the Job’ training of Department Employees, according to the Training Plan. Ensure a safe, efficient, professional, respectful, and courteous culture.

Execute and monitor Department Goals (KPI's), improvement initiatives.

Operations of the show in accordance with Sun World standards and requirements, Show Producers guidelines, Vietnamese law/ regulations.

Other duties as assigned.

1/ Required Qualifications & Experience:

2 to 4 years’ experience in managing props for a large budget show with at least 50 artists and a capacity of 1000+ guests.

Basic level of English preferred.

Basic level of Computer skills (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Etc) preferred.

A Degree in a related field is preferred.
