Mô tả công việc
- Ensure all beverages are prepared and presented according to approved recipes and hotel standards.
- Ensure proper storage, handling and rotation of beverage products in accordance with hygiene and food safety standards.
- Train, coach and motivate Bar team members to improve product knowledge, service skills and beverage preparation techniques.
- Handle guest requests, feedback and complaints professionally and promptly.
- Monitor and maintain the POS system during operations.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
- Update operation logbooks regularly during shifts and ensure proper handover to the next shift.
- Prepare and maintain reports, records and checklists related to department operations.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar position within Lounge operations of 4–5 star hotels, Fine Dining Restaurants or Lounges; experience in Sky Lounge operations is an advantage.
- Fluent in English communication with basic computer knowledge.
- Good communication and customer service skills; experience in event management is an advantage.
- Up-to-date knowledge of beverage techniques, trends and recipes.
- Experience with Micros, MC and Microsoft Office systems.
