Act as a strong individual contributor and provide leadership to a team of Oracle DBAs.
Collaborate and work directly with clients in the United States to understand business goals and timeline.
Providing guidance, mentorship, and technical expertise to ensure the successful management and optimization of database systems.
Collaborate with cross- functional teams to plan, execute, and oversee database upgrades and migrations, particularly from versions 11c and 12c to 19c, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum data integrity.

Minimum of 7 years of hands- on experience as an Oracle DBA, with at least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Ability to work collaboratively and efficiently with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Strong expertise in Oracle database administration, including upgrades from versions 11c and 12c to 19c.
Proficiency in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and collaborate with teams.
Proven experience in managing and leading a team of DBAs in a large system environment.
