Job Description

Accounting tasks
Support in creating request to issue output invoices for payment on behalf, asset liquidity, other income, etc.
Support end-users on accounting related processes (payment, vendor creation, fixed assets, stock taking, tax invoice handling, etc.)
Support in having accounting documents signed & stamped
Support in archiving and retrieving of accounting documents
Support in preparation of data and documents for Internal and External audit, Tax inspection, Customs audit purposes (if any)
Controlling tasks
Prepare data consolidation for weekly performance report (sales, net working capital, etc.)
Prepare monthly P&L analysis of company result
Support in service recharging among Bosch entities
Assist CFO with ad hoc financial topics (audit/tax/investment/macro reports, etc.)
Ad hoc tasks to support department

Qualifications

Entitled as full-time student in Accounting, Finance, Economics and other related fields during 6-month internship period.
No working experiences required, although students with dynamic experience in school/ social activities will have a big advantage.
Eloquent in English and Vietnamese
Proficient in MS Office and accounting software (SAP).
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Have time management & task management skills.
Hard-working, detailed-oriented, result-oriented.
Can work independently with minimal supervision.
Working hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday).
Candidates must provide an official recommendation/introduction letter with stamp from their university.
