● At least 1-year experience
● Communicate well in English
● A high working level of English. Communication in English is key to this role, as they will communicate with other regional staff / or business partners.
● Interest in technology and software as a service is favored with no need for a telecoms background.
● Experience in dealing with international partners or customer service experience would be useful.
● Comfortable to work with processes and comprehend why the such process is needed
● Meticulous with data and numbers. A working knowledge of data skills such as excel, power point, word and office.
● Problem solver and a good planning ability to improve operational processes.
