Supporting Senior Quantity Surveyors in various tasks related to QS works:

Cost Estimation & Quantity Take-off

· Assist in preparing cost estimates and BOQs for construction projects.

· Measure and verify quantities for architectural, structural, and infrastructure trades.

· Review designs for BQ measurement suitability and coordinate with consultants.

Tender & Procurement Support

· Support tender preparation and evaluation, including soliciting subcontractor and supplier quotes.

· Assist in preparing tender and contract documents.

Cost Control & Financial Reporting

· Monitor project costs and assist in preparing cost reports.

· Support in preparing financial statements, interim payment certificates, variation estimates, and final accounts.

Data & Document Management

· Collect and analyze project data (measurements, material quantities, labor costs).

· Maintain and update cost databases and project documentation (contracts, change orders, reports).

Quality & Compliance

· Ensure compliance with industry standards, specifications, and regulations.

· Conduct quality checks on project deliverables.

Communication & Coordination

· Liaise with vendors for pricing and material updates.

· Attend project meetings, take notes, and prepare Minutes of Meetings.

Prepare outgoing emails, letters, and official documents.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Qualifications & Experience:

·       Bachelor’s degree in Construction Economics, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related fields.

·       QS certification is a plus. (Cost Verification Level III)

·       English proficiency (TOEIC 600+ or IELTS 5.0+).

·       Minimum 1 year of experience in QS.

Skills & Attributes:

·       Solid understanding of QS processes, cost estimation, and contract administration.

·       Ability to prepare BOQs, cost plans, and reports.

·       Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

·       Good communication and teamwork skills.

·       Proficient in QS software and Microsoft Office.

·       Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to meet deadlines.

High integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
