Support in Cost Estimation & Financial Monitoring

· Assist in the preparation of MEP cost estimates, cost plans, and Bills of Quantities (BoQs).

· Help gather data for cost analysis reports and assist with cost tracking for MEP works.

· Prepare interim payment assessments and variation estimates under supervision.

Vendor & Subcontractor Assistance

· Assist in the coordination of subcontractor and supplier quotations and comparisons.

· Support the procurement process by liaising with suppliers and collecting price information.

Coordination & Communication

· Assist in attending project meetings, taking notes, and preparing Minutes of Meetings.

· Help coordinate MEP work with other disciplines, ensuring alignment of external and internal services.

· Communicate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of tasks.

Document Preparation & Reporting

· Prepare and assist in preparing project documentation, including emails, letters, and formal communications.

· Ensure all documentation complies with QA/QC requirements for MEP works.

· Maintain and organize project-related records and files.

Support in Design & Specification Review

· Assist in the review of design drawings and specifications to ensure they are suitable for MEP works.

· Identify discrepancies or issues in designs and bring them to the attention of senior team members.

Time Management & Independent Task Completion

· Manage assigned tasks independently, meeting deadlines and contributing to overall project goals.

Be proactive and manage urgent requirements under the guidance of senior team members.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Qualifications:

·       Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

·       At least 1 year of experience in MEP Quantity Surveying.

·       English proficiency (TOEIC 600+ or IELTS 5.0+).

·       Familiarity with MEP cost estimation, quantity take-off, and contract administration.

·       Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and QS software.
