I./ Make Financial Reporting
1. Direct and oversee all aspects of the Finance & Accounting functions
- Overlook entire operation of the finance department
- Handle Audits and dealing closely with the auditors
- Make sure all transactions are recorded timely and as per the GAAP and accounting standards.

2. Manage processes for financial forecasting, budgets and consolidation and reporting of Company
- Thorough review of annual budgets and make sure all the deadlines are achieved
- Preparation of annual financial statements on time
- Preparation of annual management accounts of HN office
- Review monthly management accounts and variance analysis
- Review cash flow forecasts of the group and make sure cash flow is managed properly

3. Ensure credibility of finance by providing timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial trends and forecasts.
- Review budgets, analysis any forecasted cash flow and other financial statements of the group thoroughly to make sure credibility of reports prepared by finance department

II./ Setting up & Improve Account System
- Ensure that effective internal controls are in place and ensure compliance with GAAP and applicable local regulatory laws and rules for financial and tax reporting.
- Make sure all statutory compliances are adhered
- Make Account & Finance Policies and Procedures
- Make amendments to the existing Finance Policies in order to improve the quality of SOP when necessary Feasibility Studies
- Advise management on financial impacts on management decisions
- Evaluation of new projects & Capex using project evaluation techniques
