Job purpose:
- This position support accounting managers local and abroad to prepare all kinds of management report, including inventory and provides accurate and timely business information to enable effective decision making and support each offshore factories.
- This role, with full of accounting knowledge requires good communication and inter personal communication skills, time-management skills and demonstrated ability to work well with our Group members.
Major accountabilities:
- Support director-level manager to prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and year-end report deliverables to the top management in Korea H.O.
- Actively engage and support in the process improvement including current processes and interpreting the meaning of report information – translating or explaining what information means and how it can be used.
- Prepare training materials and workshops, conduct launch activities for updating/ new implementing reporting system and provide follow up support after implementation.

Specialized knowledge:
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet established deadlines with detail oriented, well organized, self-starter.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office tools including Excel, PowerPoint and ability to learn new system.
- Proactively engage and work with related key business partners (Operation, IT…).
Experience and Education :
- A minimum of consecutive 3 year auditing experience in Auditing / Accounting firm or A minimum of consecutive 5 year Chief Accountant experience in Manufacturing Accounting firm
- University Degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting.
- Accounting certifications (CPA, ACCA or CIMA) highly preferred.
Communication scope:
- Good command in English and communication skills with the foreigners.
- Ability to collaborate with other teams and/or business units to produce time driven results.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet established deadlines with detail oriented, well organized, self-starter.
