- Responsible for building, expanding and maintaining good relationships with VIP users;
- Coordinate and promote resolution of VIP users's problems;
- Responsible for understanding users needs, analyzing related data. Periodically issue relevant research reports, collect feedback to improve service operation process continuously;
- Responsible for setting up and optimizing the VIP customer operating system, improving the users's trust and satisfaction with the service system
- Other related tasks assigned.

- Age under 27 years old
- Bachelor degree or higher
- Fluent in English
- Priority experience as a manager for competing apps
- Likes the internet field, and can quickly adapt to live streaming industry
- Good communication skills;
- Under the pressure of work, able to cope with incidents, give timely and reasonable solutions
