• Manage debt and borrower: Define, forecast, update status of debt and monitor how customers pay these debts.

• Control debt information in reality and on the system.

• Implement plans to collect unpaid amounts from customers.

• Apply all methods such as sending reminder emails, phone calls, text messages or other contact methods to remind customers to pay on time.

• Measure and decide the most suitable method with each customer.

• Support to answer customers' questions about debts and manage customer’s complaint.

• Build and maintain good relationships with customers.

• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly reports and perform other tasks as required.

• Manage assigned portfolios and make sure the quality of assigned portfolios.

• Build working plans daily, weekly, monthly;

• Enrich data/ information to support in managing borrower activities;

• Provide regular reports of managed books to management.

• Support in legal collection activities.

• Set up internal collection regulation.

• Participate in collection projects.

• Support in detecting, verifying fraud cases.

• Other tasks as required by the Risk team.
