Key Responsibilities

Lead Sales, Customer Services, and Project Coordination teams in audit/certification business (ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, ISO27000, FSC CoC) and Training activities
Develop and execute strategies in sales, marketing, customer relations, and key account management
Support BA Sales Team to implement sales strategies and achieve revenue & profitability targets
Manage audit scheduling & coordination to meet internal protocols and client expectations
Identify, create, and follow up on new accounts, products, and market opportunities
Collaborate with Marketing to maximize lead generation, marketing programs, and customer-focused events
Work with BA regional team to co-execute go-to-market sales strategies
Build and strengthen relationships with clients, prospects, and partners
Perform other tasks assigned by Head of Business Assurance

Key Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent
Minimum 5 years of sales management experience in audit, certification, training, or consulting
Proven sales and business development track record
Strong presentation, analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills
Mature, self-disciplined, and result-driven, able to work independently under pressure
Fluent in English (written & spoken)
