We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead software projects for our UK clients. You’ll manage cross- functional teams to ensure top- quality delivery, and collaborate closely with international teams. Strong leadership, communication, and a sharp focus on project quality are essential for success in this position
Responsibilities

Organizes meetings, standups, and progress reports follow Agile/Scrum methodology
Implement best practices for process improvements and team efficiency.
Defines project scope, timeline, and deliverables, breaks down work into manageable tasks
Work with clients to understand and manage their expectations
Track project progress, manage risks, and provide regular updates to stakeholders
Develops mitigation strategies to keep the project on track.
Facilitates collaboration between developers, designers, testers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.

Yêu cầu công việc

Experience with Jira, Trello, Asana, or other project management tools.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Solid knowledge of with Agile/Scrum methodology
Proven ability to leverage AI tools in daily work
Excellent communication in both Vietnamese and English
From 3 years of experience in software outsourcing project management
Prior experience as a Software Developer/Business Analyst/Product Owner/Quality Control is a plus
Preferably PMP, PMI- ACP, CSM, CSP, or PSM certified
Strong problem- solving, stakeholder management, and decision- making skills.
