RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
- Program Development: Design, plan, and develop a diverse range of extracurricular activities that cater to the interests and needs of the students.
- Scheduling: Create and maintain a comprehensive extracurricular activity calendar.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets for extracurricular programs, including securing funding, allocating resources, and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Student/Participant Engagement: Promote activities, recruit students, and maintain regular communication with students and their parents or guardians.
- Safety and Compliance: Ensure that all extracurricular activities adhere to safety and legal regulations, including risk assessments, permissions, and necessary insurance coverage.
- Evaluation and Improvement: Assess the success and impact of extracurricular activities, gather feedback, and make improvements as necessary to enhance the quality of the programs.
- Collaboration: Work closely with teachers, administrators, and other relevant stakeholders to integrate extracurricular activities into the overall educational experience.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records and documentation of all extracurricular activities, including participant registration, attendance, and evaluations.
- Other tasks as assigned by Line Manager, Senior Leadership Team and Board of Management.

WHAT YOU OFFER US
- Bachelor’s degree in Events, Hospitality, Hotel Management, or related fields (Fresh Graduates are welcome).
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, projects, and responsibilities.
- Possess a high level of interpersonal skills and demonstrated the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills
