Mô Tả Công Việc
Be responsible for sourcing and developing new concepts and make sure costing is effective and all structures of the new products are perfect to add value to the customers.
** Job Responsibility:
Weekly follow up on the new projects:
1. Sourcing the new factories/ costing effectively. R&D the new products upon market trends and follow up the customer’s requests;
2. Smart negotiation with factories and strategic sourcing to raise the solutions to meet the target;
3. Follow the sample process and ensure all samples will be delivered on time.
4. Understand the product structure, have the basic knowledge of technical points for the product that we develop.
5. Maintain the great relationship with suppliers to reach the best results; good negotiation with the factories to get the best quote and make sure the sample plan on time as per the customer’s expectation
6. Other tasks from the management board.

- Education: graduated in University or College or English related.
- Relevant Experience & Knowledge:
+ At least 02 year working experience in export for US and Western countries.
+ Good experience in Furniture (indoor and outdoor)
- Basic Aptitude:
+ Having a positive open mind, flexible on the job & be able to multi-task in a high paced environment.
+ High sense of responsibility, self-motivated;
+ Work independently but being a team player in your problem solving.
+ Excellent team work and working well under pressure.
+ Smart communications & negotiation skills;
+ Honest and strictly complying with professional ethics;
- Basic Skills:
+ Excellent in Oral and Written English (Must)
+ Good in MS office
+ Willing to travel (international or local) if necessary
- Relevant Experience & Knowledge:
