Tilling Timber is a Timber wholesaler specializing in engineered wood products. We are seeking an Estimating Team Leader with experience in timber construction.
* Job Summary:
- Maintain quality of output, checking estimates produced meet both materials and design requirements
- Provide employee support and leadership to meet KPIs
- Ability to work in a team or independently
- Ensure any customer queries are actioned and resolved appropriately
- Provide feedback to team members with suggested improvement on how the customer experience can be improved
- Contributing to the development and document of appropriate systems, procedures, and processes to achieve department and company objectives
- Support and assist Design Centre Manager
