* Data management:
- Keep track and maintain HR database for all employee records in excel and in the company's system.
- Prepare contracts for employees (offer letter, labor contracts, appendix, contract renewal ...) following up signing process and filling.
* Payroll & PIT:
- Review the attendance record prepared by Admin and make sure all the record complies with the company's policy in working time and leave.
- Ensure payroll is accurately completed and processed in a timely manner.
- Provide monthly payslips and responds to all employees' inquiries regarding payroll and benefits.
- Manage the registration of PIT code for new employees and request for the declaration of employee's dependent (if any).
- Accurately calculate monthly PIT and annual PIT finalization in compliance with the law on PIT.
* Social insurance (SHUI) and Premium health insurance:
- Monitor and ensure all updates regarding social insurance are timely and correct.
- Follow up monthly SHUI calculation, declaration & payment, reconciliation with Payroll, and SHUI report.
- Monitor PTI health insurance including participation, terminations, and any other updates.
- Timely administers insurance claims (for medical treatment, maternity, accidents, ...) by the company employees.
* Reports:
- Make periodic internal HR-related reports (weekly/monthly employee reports, organization chart ...)
- Check and follow up on required HR-related reports to relevant authorities (DOLISA and Government)
- Other reports and research requested by line managers.
* Other
- Frequently update new laws and regulations related to HR (employee benefits, PIT, overtime ...).
- Other tasks as assigned by Line Managers.
