This individual will be our first full-time consultant and one of the pioneering team members.

Responsibilities:

Candidate Assessment: Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including video and face-to-face interviews, to evaluate their suitability for various sales and business development positions.

- Business Development: Engage in proactive business development activities to expand our client base. This includes identifying and approaching potential clients, presenting our unique services, and building long-term relationships with organizations seeking top-tier sales talent.

- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, job market dynamics, and competitive insights, ensuring that SucceedR remains at the forefront of the Sales and Business Development recruitment landscape in Vietnam.

- Client Relationship Management: Foster and maintain relationships with both existing and potential clients, understanding their specific hiring needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.

- Networking: Leverage your existing network and proactively build new relationships within the sales and business development community to expand SucceedR's reach and impact.
