About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented E-commerce Specialist to join our team. As an E-commerce Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving online sales and enhancing our brand's digital presence. You will be responsible for managing our e-commerce platforms, optimizing product listings, and implementing effective marketing strategies to attract and engage customers.
Responsibilities:
• E-commerce Platform Management: Oversee and maintain our online stores, ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Product Listing Optimization: Create and optimize product listings, including compelling descriptions, high-quality images, and relevant keywords.
• Digital Marketing: Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic and increase sales, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media (Facebook, IG, Tiktok,...)
• Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of e-commerce initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
• Inventory Management: Coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure accurate inventory levels and timely fulfillment.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer support, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest e-commerce trends, technologies, and industry best practices.

Yêu cầu công việc
• Fluency in English
• Minimum of 2+ years experience in a fast-paced, e-Commerce business.
• Hands-on experience in managing and maintaining e-commerce websites/portals. (Lazada, Tiki, Shopee, Tiktok)
• Knowledge of various platforms and online sales strategies can be used to conduct digital or website conversions.
• Knowledgeable of the e-commerce space that includes marketing strategies, product development, competitive strategies, consumer research, industry trends, and usability best practices.
• Experience in managing advertisements.
• Familiarity with Photoshop is a plus.
• Minimum of 2+ years experience in a fast-paced, e-Commerce business.
