- Liaise the information between client and operation/laboratories
- Receipt and review the testing results, crosscheck with the client’s specification/ SGS LPSR (if having). Discuss with Lab manager/ upper level/ SGS LP/ client in case of having doubt/difference.
- Provide outstanding customer service to improve customer satisfaction and relationship.
- Develop knowledge about each customer’s requirements.
- Will be received client's complaints/inquiries & in front of challenging situations, take responsibility of handling and resolving customer in a timely and accurate manner, follow up on customer interactions as well as assist superior to review potential claims relating to services and propose proper action to improve the situation.
- Able to deal with hard situation & have skill to soften it & seek for a solution to maintain client's retention.
- Well understand company/ department’s services and related goods as well as enhance the knowledge of analytical and sampling standards
- Other duties upon requested.
