* GENERAL JOB FUNCTION:

- We are looking for a Industrial engineering to collect and analyze production data, ensure accuracy of BOM and material norms, and support cost optimization through data-driven insights.

- This position plays a key role connecting Production and Finance to enhance operational efficiency and cost competitiveness.

* RESPONSIBILITIES, DUTIES & AUTHORITIES:

* Main responsibility:

- Collect and verify actual production data (output, cycle time, manpower, material usage, waste, downtime).

- Ensure production input data aligns with standard BOM and routing.

- Analyze variances between standard and actual data (yield, time, manpower, material).

- Support cost breakdown and variance analysis by product or process.

- Prepare weekly/monthly performance dashboards for management.

- Work closely with Production, TD, and PPD teams to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.

- Participate in Lean/Kaizen projects to reduce waste, improve productivity, and control costs.

* WORKING RELATIONSHIP:

- Internal: All relevant departments

- External: CM (Contract Manufacturers) – when collecting or validating production data.

- Reporting:

+ Superior: Senior BOM controller
