Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate the daily operations of the maintenance, facilities, and EVS teams to ensure the casino is maintained, clean, and safe for all guests and staff.
• Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance and facility management strategies, including preventative maintenance schedules for all casino systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing).
• Oversee the EVS team, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained throughout the casino premises.
• Manage budgets for maintenance, facilities, and environmental services, including procurement of materials and contracting of services.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the maintenance and EVS departments.
• Coordinate with contractors and third-party service providers, overseeing all facility-related projects to ensure they meet quality standards and timelines.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of the facilities and environmental services to identify areas in need of improvement.
• Implement and maintain emergency procedures for facility management, including quick responses to maintenance and cleanliness issues.
• Train and develop the maintenance, facilities, and EVS teams, promoting a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
• Report regularly to senior management on the status of facility operations and propose improvements or changes as needed.

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in facility management, with extensive knowledge in maintenance operations and environmental services.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience overseeing large teams across different operational areas.
• Proficiency in facility management software, budget management, and project management tools.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of applicable health and safety regulations.
