Client Account Management & Relationships
Develop a deep understanding of client business
Building strong client relationships
Able to execute END to END – We are looking for executional Accounts. Not messengers.
Present company’s credential to new clients to get brief for projects.
Identify client’s target requirements and evaluate brand situations through conducting surveys; collecting data; reading customer reports, market reports; conducting consumer interviews…
Analyze the data collected to make statements about the client’s problems. Identify the core cause.
Ability to be self-motivated, proactive and organized across multiple campaigns projects with various clients and deadlines
Participate and lead, if appropriate, face to face client and vendor meetings
Build positive relationships with internal and external teams
Proactively resolve issues
Manage and oversee client relationships. Responsibilities will include contract negotiation, new business pitching & prospecting and where possible identify any cross-selling opportunities.
Explore and recommend opportunities to build and establish client service teams on high value clients which may include new service lines.
Media Skill
Knowledge of local APAC media landscape and global digital trends
Ability to deliver integrated media solutions especially across SEM, Programmatic, Social, Display
Keeps up with latest media trends and identifies opportunities for relevant clients. Working knowledge of digital tools (e.g. Google Ads, Campaign Manager, DV360, Adobe Analytics, Facebook/Instagram/Twitter)
Post campaign reporting, with the ability to understand and analyze digital data, review reports and set benchmarks
Maintain the highest standard for accuracy and quality of work
Develop media strategy for existing clients in close alignment with client’s business requirements
Oversee campaign activities: to review campaign setup, performance optimization, and communicate media performance on time to responsible clients
Support media executive with development and execution of media strategies
Identify media solution and work closely with Accounts to explore opportunity for new media business such as: CRM, Analytics, Ecommerce solution
Coordinate with Account and Creative team for production on media projects
Providing Strategic Guidance on all accounts based on all performance marketing services
Ensure revenue goals are met via the management of associated resources, product line profitability and new business growth.
Communication Skill
Expresses oneself clearly and concisely in oral communications
Writes in a clear, compelling and concise manner
Organizes ideas and information logically and sequentially
Assists in the development of media/digital presentations and tactical POVs, as needed and presents with confidence and authority
Ensure key information is provided to team regarding client issues, internal agency issues, changes in account status, etc.
Project management
Perform day-to-day account work which may include drafting a wide range of written materials, coordinating events, maintaining client and media contacts, managing projects performed with and by others.
Work closely with the design team to generate creative ideas and concepts to fulfill the client's brief.
Revise, edit, and proofread content as needed or directed by the client.
Review and approve designs, artwork, photographs and graphics developed by staff members
Manage from planning to execution of projects to ensure client requests are met in a timely.
Proactively communicate with clients, be responsible to keep update and report project status at every stage.
Make report after completing phase/projects and measure the effectiveness of strategies in each stage.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Strong English proficiency (written and spoken) is mandatory, with the ability to confidently communicate, present, and simplify complex SEO/GEO concepts to senior stakeholders and clients.
Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals including technical SEO, on-page optimisation, content strategy, site architecture, indexing, and performance analysis.
Working knowledge of GEO (Generative Engine Optimisation) / AI Search optimisation, including how brands and content appear across AI-driven discovery platforms such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and AI search ecosystems.
Ability to identify technical SEO issues and work closely with developers on implementation recommendations including schema markup, crawlability, indexing, page speed, and site structure.
Experience using SEO tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar platforms.
Comfortable translating complex SEO/GEO concepts into clear, business-friendly recommendations for senior stakeholders and non-technical clients.
Strong client communication and presentation skills, with the ability to confidently lead discussions with senior marketing teams and business leaders.
Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution and project delivery.
Experience working across enterprise or multi-market brands is advantageous.
Understanding of how SEO, GEO, content, social, and paid media ecosystems intersect within broader digital marketing strategies.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to simplify technical issues into actionable next steps and commercial impact for clients.
